ACPC receives IRS 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Designation

The Internal Revenue Service has determined that the Arts Council of Pickens County is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The determination means that contributions to ACOC are deductible under section 170 of the Code. This ruling is retroactive to September 9, 2012, when ACPC was founded.
